I also was able to start my future early with Degree in Three. The program allowed me to fill out a degree plan that mapped out my courses and gave me more ownership of my educational path. I have a full-time job before I even graduated, and I would say that this program helped me achieve that. If you have a clear idea of what you want to study, take advantage of this program to save money and allow you to get a salary sooner. I am currently working full-time at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center and was recently promoted to Marketing Manager. I started as an intern and was able to transition into a full-time role before I graduated.

If I wasn’t graduating a year early, I don’t know that I would be pursuing a master’s degree, so this has opened a lot of doors for my future! More in Four helped me prioritize school and push myself for better. I was able to get one-on-one help when I needed it and get connected to FSU resources. I am now working towards my master’s degree in law enforcement intelligence.

I came into college with many credits, so I was planning on graduating in three years, but I really wanted the full four-year college experience. More in Four provided the perfect opportunity to extend my college experience while being intentional with my time. More in Four has helped me strengthen my resume, challenged me with graduate level coursework through Combined Pathway, and allowed me to make great connections with people. Aside from the academic and career opportunity provided by More in Four, I am pursuing a graduate degree because it all worked out, giving me just the amount of time I wanted to stay at FSU to hang with friends, participate in on-campus activities, and enjoy the best school in the nation! After graduation this spring, I begin my master’s degree in finance, then law school.

The More in Four program is for students who want to achieve a lot academically in their four years at FSU. More in Four provided me with special attention and resources to: keep me on track with graduating a year early; acceptance into Combined Pathways; acceptance into the Master of Science in Finance program.

I chose to participate in More in Four to get the most out of my college experience and to connect with resources on campus that prepare me for this next step in my education. With this program, I have felt more confident in graduating early and applying to graduate programs at an accelerated pace. I chose to pursue a graduate degree at FSU because of the University's dedication to student success.

I chose to participate in the Degree in Three program because, while I knew I planned on graduating early, I wanted access to a student community and advisors to support me. Degree in Three has helped me have peace of mind as I choose the appropriate courses, internships, and extracurriculars to expedite my undergraduate experience in a way that is still enjoyable. After I graduate with my Bachelors in Public Relations, I will be interning in Barcelona before beginning my master’s degree at Florida State University for Media and Communication Studies.

As an undergraduate at FSU, I had a vague idea of what I wanted to do with my career. By learning about graduate programs with More in Four, I was able to refine my career goals and become more motivated than ever to achieve them. More in Four showed me how graduate school would help me achieve my career goals and helped me along every step of the application process. As an undergraduate student at FSU, I fell in love with the culture here. Everyone is very helpful and always looking for innovative ways to be successful. I realized this was the perfect step for me to take in pursuing my professional career.

I chose to participate in Degree in Three because it was a chance to utilize college credit I had earned in high school. The program also helps prepare students for early graduation and graduate school and I wanted to strive for both. The program has provided me with support in terms of advisors, resources, and events that have kept me on track for graduation and helped me prepare for life after graduation.
